We do not act as a licensed real estate brokerage, agent, or attorney, nor do we solicit direct real estate business from consumers. CoopOrCondo.com does not earn commissions from real estate transactions. 2. Scope of Services Our platform provides the following services: • Publishing real estate-related content for informational purposes. • Facilitating connections between homebuyers/sellers and licensed professionals across various disciplines, including but not limited to: • Licensed Real Estate Brokers/Agents • Licensed Mortgage Brokers & Lenders • Licensed Attorneys • Licensed General Contractors • Licensed Home Inspectors • Licensed Insurance Agents • Offering resources and tools to help users make informed real estate decisions. 3. User Responsibilities By using CoopOrCondo.com, you agree to: • Use our services solely for lawful purposes. • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting inquiries or forms. • Understand that any agreements or transactions you engage in with professionals referred by CoopOrCondo.com are independent of CoopOrCondo.com  

4. Section 4 (Content Usage and Restrictions): All free or purchased content/materials/services, downloaded, subscribed to, and/or accessed as part of a membership (such as the Home Ownership Bundle) is intended solely for direct consumer use in connection with the actual purchase or lease of real estate, such as co-op or condo apartments. This content is strictly prohibited from being used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to business, product, or service reviews; copying for distribution or repurposing; competitive intelligence; or any other activities that infringe upon our copyrights, proprietary methods, or business interests.

6. Licensing and Credential Verification We conduct credential verifications for licensed professionals in our network to ensure they meet applicable licensing requirements.
